The main theme for this year’s International Literacy Day was ‘Transforming Literacy Learning Spaces and was an opportunity to rethink the fundamental importance of literacy learning spaces to build resilience and ensure quality, equitable, and inclusive education for all.

The focus has been on reading, with an extended commemoration of International Book Day. Students shared synopses of some of their favorite books and highlighted the extensive and well-stocked libraries that support the school’s superior reading culture.
